No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us. PayPal is our payment gateway but they accept all major debit and credit cards.

Once we have processed your refund, it can take between 3-5 working days depends on the card you used to pay with. Please contact your card issuer if it has been longer than 5 working days.
